Nimsoft Service Desk v6.2.2 is a service release which now includes support for French and German to add to the previous US English, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Japanese support. Additionally, we are now able to host Nimsoft Service Desk from our Munich and Hong Kong datacenters to better serve our customers around the world.
Current SaaS customers are already live on 6.2.2 and On Premise customers can download the latest.
